The FR-7 Freewheel Remover has 12 splines with an outside diameter of 23mm and was originally designed for Falcon brand freewheels but may fit others with those specific measurements. Heat treated alloy tool steel, one inch base fits wrench or bench vise. Thin wall construction allows use without removal of cones and locknuts.
