• These were made for for kids scooters but could be used to build go karts, trolleys, outdoor toys, or simply adding wheels to anything

• These wheels have steel bearing centre hubs with 5/16″ spindle
• This pair of wheels are the same both have front style spindle (they are not a pair of bike wheels where one has a cog to drive)

• It is a blow moulded (think thats what its called) solid plastic lightweight tyre with mini tractor tread
